Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Access

  • Upon subscribing, members gain access to all areas within The Content Club.
  • VIP members (£999/quarter) are entitled to 3 x 1-hour consultation session directly with Jack Gaisford every quarter. Standard members do not have access to this additional service.
  • No content or live stream access restrictions apply to any membership tier.

2. Payments and Renewals

  • All payments are processed via Stripe. We currently do not accept other payment methods.
  • Membership renewals will occur automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually) without prior notice to the member.
  • No free trials are offered.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Members are free to cancel their membership at any time through their account settings.
  • Once a membership fee is paid, it is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Members must not engage in spamming or unsolicited selling, unless in a closed, agreed-upon conversation between members.
  • Any member who violates these or other community rules three times will face indefinite account suspension, with no option for reinstatement.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Usage

  • The Content Club retains the right to post and share user-created content for marketing purposes, such as highlighting member progress or success stories.
  • Members may freely use all tools, templates, and resources provided by The Content Club, including for personal or external projects.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

  • We collect basic personal information, including members’ birthdays, email addresses, locations, business models, and social media links.
  • This information will not be shared with third parties and is protected in compliance with GDPR regulations.

7. Changes to Terms

  • The Content Club reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email.

8. Content and Platform Usage

  • There are no restrictions on how members use content accessed through The Content Club.
  • Members may download and use materials for external purposes.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding membership or community involvement will be addressed directly by Jack Gaisford.
